Have you got Parkinson’s Disease? Did you know that there are exercises designed specifically for people with PD, which can help with your physical symptoms? There is a new class starting in Silsden 💪🏼🏋️New in November!!
I'm running a taster block of exercise classes - sessions will run every Tuesday in November 1-2pm at Woodhead's gym in Silsden.
These classes are designed for people living with Parkinson's, but also suitable for people who have other neurological conditions (get in touch if you have any questions or to find out if it's right for you!). The focus is not on your health condition, but understanding things so you can just enjoy the exercise!
Sessions will be focussed on strength, movement and balance, as well as giving you support to stay active and feeling good in ways that work best for you.
Class sizes will be a maximum of 6 as I'm keen for people to get the most out of each class.
